JAKARTA, Nov. 21 (Xinhua) -- Three mixed doubles pairs of Indonesian badminton team on Wednesday entered the second round of the international badminton tournament Syed Modi International 2018 in India.

The three pairs Alfian Eko Prasetyo/Marsheilla Gisha Islami, Rinov Rivaldy/Pitha Haningtyas Mentari and Ronald Alexander/Annisa Saufika defeated their opponents easily within less than 30 minutes during the first round matches in the tournament that kicked off on November 20 and is to end on November 25 in Babu Banarasi Das Indoor Stadium in Lucknow of India.

A total of 150,000 U.S. dollars prize is provided in the tournament. The 2018 Syed Modi International Badminton is the 25th tournament of the 2018 BWF World Tour and also part of the Syed Modi International Badminton Championships.
